Please review all of the policies prior to booking.
In order to secure your appointment, a $15.00 (for new sets) or $10 (for fills) non refundable deposit is due at time of booking (payable with a credit card). DEPOSITS DO NOT ROLL OVER TO OTHER APPOINTMENTS (including cancelled/ no shows).
In order to avoid fees, please cancel/ reschedule 24 hours in advance. Documented cancellations after 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the services. The fee will be charged to your credit card you put on file (+ 3% processing fee.) You will be allowed to reschedule with another non-refundable deposit.
There is a $10 late fee charge if you are 10 minutes late for any reason (traffic, work, family, etc.). After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered CANCELLED with the option to reschedule (another deposit is required).
Failure to show will result in a no show fee of 100% of the service charge. The fee will be charged to your credit card you put on file (+ 3% processing fee.) You will be allowed to reschedule with another non-refundable deposit. Future appointments may need to be prepaid at the discretion of BLINK.
Lash Shampoo is available for purchase. It is highly recommended to purchase in order to keep lashes clean. In order to make sure your lashes continue to look their best, get refills every 2-3 weeks. Appointments made after 3 weeks must be a new set. You must have 40-50% of your lashes to book a fill, anything less than that will need to be a full set. After 4 fill-in appointments, you will need to book a full set for hygiene and lash health purposes.
Please come “fresh faced” (no makeup) to appointments. If you wear contacts, I will have solution and a contact case available for your use— it is best to wear your glasses.
Early/ Late Bird Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of my availability, please contact me directly to schedule. These appointments are only offered on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a $40 fee for an early/late bird appointment.
The remaining balance will be due at the conclusion of your service. It can be paid in the form of cash, CashApp, or credit card (+4% processing fee.)
